Set up

1. Sign into Cornerstone Church's Profile
   1. Password:
2. Open Dante Virtual Soundcard
   1. Check settings:
      1. Audio Channels - 2x2
      2. Dante Latency - 10ms
      3. Network Interface - en6
   2. Start Dante
3. Open Ecamm Live
   1. Make sure audio input is Dante Virtual soundcard
   2. Make sure video input is USB Capture SDI+
4. Open Restream
   1. Open google chrome
   2. Type in restream.io
   3. Update titles
   4. Change title to “currentsermon title – Cornerstone Americus”
   5. Hit update titles
5. Prep Countdown Video, 'Starting Soon' Graphic, and Outro Video
   1. Click video file icon (top, to the left of 'Pro' button)
   2. If they are not in recent items:
      1. Go to Finder → Documents → Live Stream Assets
6. Open ATEM Software Control
   1. Verify if lower thirds lyrics are working. If not:
      1. Click palettes on the right of the screen
      2. Hit upstream key 1
      3. Under the Luma tab make sure fill source is set to ProPresenter and Keysource is set to ProPresenter
7. Make sure ON AIR button is on for lyrics
8. Turn off ON AIR button after worship
9. Pull up YouTube and Facebook Stream to monitor for issues
   1. Communicate issues with Media Director
10. Communicate with camera operators over walkie talkies about camera angles, switching shots, etc.
11. Coordinate with ProPresenter on syncing up countdowns
    1. Start countdown at 10:25am
12. Hit Go Live in Ecamm and start countdown at 10:25am
    1. If countdown finishes, but the worship team is not ready, display service starting soon graphic
    2. Mute audio until they start

Shut down

1. Play Outro Video
2. Hit End Stream
3. Close Ecamm, Dante, ATEM, etc
4. Sleep Computer
