Start up

1. Wake up MacBook Pro
2. Sign in (Password:
3. Turn on Front and Back Projectors
4. Turn on Sermon TV
5. Print out Planning Center Service Sheet
   1. Open Google Chrome and go to Planning Center (Shortcut button is in the bookmark bar) (planningcenteronline.com/dashboard)
   2. It should automatically log you in (if not, use the following username and password
   3. Click on the “Cornerstone Americus” plan with the date of the current Sunday
   4. Click the “Print” button on the top right corner of the page
   5. Hit “Submit” on the bottom of the Print Options Page
   6. Open up the file that has been downloaded on the bottom left corner
   7. Press “Command” + “P” on the keyboard to print
   8. Change the number of copies to 8
   9. Select the “Print” button and the sheets will start printing
6. Pass out Planning Center Service Sheet
   1. Grab the copies from the Printer
   2. Place 1 sheet:
      1. At the computer (for you)
      2. At the Soundboard
      3. On the floor of the stage by the iPad stand
      4. At the switcher
      5. Place 2 sheets in the library
      6. Give 1 to the lead pastor and 1 to the assistant pastor
7. Turn on stage lights
   1. Go to Lightkey > under “Live” click the “stage (current month)” button
8. Make a new Playlist for the current Sunday in ProPresenter
   1. Click the plus button on the top left (to the right side of the Library)
   2. Click Add Playlist
   3. Name the playlist based on the current Sunday’s date
   4. Click and drag the “Lightkey Presets” from the Lightkey Presets Library
      1. Lightkey presets are: worship, bumper, sermon, final song
      2. Place the worship preset at the very beginning (even before announcements)
      3. Place the bumper preset before the bumper
      4. Place the sermon preset before the sermon
      5. Place the final song preset before the final song
      6. Verify connection by testing Lightkey Presets
   5. Click Search at the top left corner to search for the songs that are on the setlist for the current week
   6. Drag songs into that current week as seen in the planning center playlist
9. If a song is not already in the “Library” add it from SongSelect
   1. Import a song from SongSelect by clicking File > Import > SongSelect…
   2. Type in the name of the song (double-check with worship leader for correct artist/lyrics)
   3. Click on the correct song, hit Import, hit Import
10. Check the motion background for each song. If there are any duplicates, change one to something that matches the color of the stage lights
11. Add the Announcements
    1. In the top left corner click on “File”
    2. Then go to “Import” > “Import PowerPoint”
    3. In the Finder window, click on Dropbox on the top left corner
    4. Then Select the PowerPoint Announcements folder and find the PowerPoint that is titled with the current date (both “timed” and “untimed”)
    5. Under “Choose a library to import into,” select Announcements
    6. Drag the announcement file from the “Announcements” tab to the current week’s playlist
12. Add a timer to the "Announcements Timed” file
    1. Highlight all slides by clicking off to the side and dragging the cruiser over all the slides
    2. Tap the pad with two fingers, click “Go to Next Timer…” > change Duration to 8s > check the box next to “Loop to Beginning” > hit “Done”
13. Add the Sermon
    1. Go back to “Import PowerPoint” and in the Dropbox folder select the “Sermon” folder and select the correct PowerPoint (see a pastor for the correct sermon)
    2. Under “Choose a library to import into,” select Songs and Sermons
    3. Drag the sermon file from the “Songs and Sermons” tab (on the top left) to the current week’s playlist and then place it under the Message header
14. Add the Bumper Video
    1. If you are in the middle of a sermon series: go back to the previous week’s playlist and drag the bumper into the new playlist into the current week and place it under the Bumper Video header
    2. If not, click File > Import > Media > Sermons > correct year and then locate the correct sermon series where you will find the bumper video in that sermon series’ file (see a pastor for correct sermon series/bumper)
    3. TEST BUMPER VIDEO (AND ALL VIDEOS) BEFORE SERVICE
    4. Go to Foreground and click and drag the video from there into the current playlist under the bumper video heading

Shut down

1. Turn off both projectors
2. Put the computer in sleep mode
   1. At the top left corner click on the Apple logo
   2. Click Sleep
3. DO NOT QUIT OR EXIT OUT OF PROPRESENTER OR LIGHTKEY
