Start up
- Wake up MacBook Pro
- Sign in (Password:
- Turn on Front and Back Projectors
- Turn on Sermon TV
- Print out Planning Center Service Sheet
- Open Google Chrome and go to Planning Center (Shortcut button is in the bookmark bar) (planningcenteronline.com/dashboard)
- It should automatically log you in (if not, use the following username and password
- Click on the “Cornerstone Americus” plan with the date of the current Sunday
- Click the “Print” button on the top right corner of the page
- Hit “Submit” on the bottom of the Print Options Page
- Open up the file that has been downloaded on the bottom left corner
- Press “Command” + “P” on the keyboard to print
- Change the number of copies to 8
- Select the “Print” button and the sheets will start printing
- Pass out Planning Center Service Sheet
- Grab the copies from the Printer
- Place 1 sheet:
- At the computer (for you)
- At the Soundboard
- On the floor of the stage by the iPad stand
- At the switcher
- Place 2 sheets in the library
- Give 1 to the lead pastor and 1 to the assistant pastor
- Turn on stage lights
- Go to Lightkey > under “Live” click the “stage (current month)” button
- Make a new Playlist for the current Sunday in ProPresenter
- Click the plus button on the top left (to the right side of the Library)
- Click Add Playlist
- Name the playlist based on the current Sunday’s date
- Click and drag the “Lightkey Presets” from the Lightkey Presets Library
- Lightkey presets are: worship, bumper, sermon, final song
- Place the worship preset at the very beginning (even before announcements)
- Place the bumper preset before the bumper
- Place the sermon preset before the sermon
- Place the final song preset before the final song
- Verify connection by testing Lightkey Presets
- Click Search at the top left corner to search for the songs that are on the setlist for the current week
- Drag songs into that current week as seen in the planning center playlist
- If a song is not already in the “Library” add it from SongSelect
- Import a song from SongSelect by clicking File > Import > SongSelect…
- Type in the name of the song (double-check with worship leader for correct artist/lyrics)
- Click on the correct song, hit Import, hit Import
- Check the motion background for each song. If there are any duplicates, change one to something that matches the color of the stage lights
- Add the Announcements
- In the top left corner click on “File”
- Then go to “Import” > “Import PowerPoint”
- In the Finder window, click on Dropbox on the top left corner
- Then Select the PowerPoint Announcements folder and find the PowerPoint that is titled with the current date (both “timed” and “untimed”)
- Under “Choose a library to import into,” select Announcements
- Drag the announcement file from the “Announcements” tab to the current week’s playlist
- Add a timer to the "Announcements Timed” file
- Highlight all slides by clicking off to the side and dragging the cruiser over all the slides
- Tap the pad with two fingers, click “Go to Next Timer…” > change Duration to 8s > check the box next to “Loop to Beginning” > hit “Done”
- Add the Sermon
- Go back to “Import PowerPoint” and in the Dropbox folder select the “Sermon” folder and select the correct PowerPoint (see a pastor for the correct sermon)
- Under “Choose a library to import into,” select Songs and Sermons
- Drag the sermon file from the “Songs and Sermons” tab (on the top left) to the current week’s playlist and then place it under the Message header
- Add the Bumper Video
- If you are in the middle of a sermon series: go back to the previous week’s playlist and drag the bumper into the new playlist into the current week and place it under the Bumper Video header
- If not, click File > Import > Media > Sermons > correct year and then locate the correct sermon series where you will find the bumper video in that sermon series’ file (see a pastor for correct sermon series/bumper)
- TEST BUMPER VIDEO (AND ALL VIDEOS) BEFORE SERVICE
- Go to Foreground and click and drag the video from there into the current playlist under the bumper video heading
Shut down
- Turn off both projectors
- Put the computer in sleep mode
- At the top left corner click on the Apple logo
- Click Sleep
- DO NOT QUIT OR EXIT OUT OF PROPRESENTER OR LIGHTKEY
