Set up
- Turn on the Power Conditioner underneath the soundboard
- Turn on mixer (power switch on back)
- Turn on the bottom 2 Amps in the back-music room
- Turn on the 3 Amps (Not all 3 are always in active use, but if you don’t know which ones are being used currently, it won’t hurt to turn all 3 on)
- (The DBX and the Power Conditioner should already be on)
- Turn on the Aviom Hub
- Set Gain levels for every channel with input
- Set every channel at unity on the faders (0db)
- Every channel individually should peak right at the -18db on the main output gauge
- Check every battery in all of the wireless mics and packs being used
- Get the sermon recorder ready
- Place thumb drive in the USB slot right to the left of the screen on the soundboard
- Hit “view” button on the USB recorder hub
- Press “record” when worship starts
- Prep and play music on your phone or with the ProPresenter computer
- Search for and play the pre-service playlist
- Be in communication with the ProPresenter volunteer as to how you want to control it
- Test Videos from ProPresenter and Set Sound Level
Shut down
- Bring Blinds and lights up
- Blinds only come up to halfway point
- Stop the recording of the sermon
- Hit “view” on USB recorder
- Hit “stop recording”
- Turn off Aviom Hub
- Let 2-3 songs play, then turn the sound off
- Turn off the bottom 2 Amps first
- LEAVE THE DBX AND THE POWER CONDITIONER ON
- Turn off the mixer
- Hit Setup > push knob for shutdown
- Then hit switch on back
- Turn the Power Conditioner off under the soundboard
