Set up

  1. Turn on the Power Conditioner underneath the soundboard
  2. Turn on mixer (power switch on back)
  3. Turn on the bottom 2 Amps in the back-music room
  4. (The DBX and the Power Conditioner should already be on)
  5. Turn on the Aviom Hub
  6. Set Gain levels for every channel with input
    1. Set every channel at unity on the faders (0db)
    2. Every channel individually should peak right at the -18db on the main output gauge
  7. Check every battery in all of the wireless mics and packs being used
  8. Get the sermon recorder ready
    1. Place thumb drive in the USB slot right to the left of the screen on the soundboard
    2. Hit “view” button on the USB recorder hub
    3. Press “record” when worship starts
  9. Prep and play music on your phone or with the ProPresenter computer
    1. Search for and play the pre-service playlist
    2. Be in communication with the ProPresenter volunteer as to how you want to control it
  10. Test Videos from ProPresenter and Set Sound Level

Shut down

  1. Bring Blinds and lights up
    1. Blinds only come up to halfway point
  2. Stop the recording of the sermon
    1. Hit “view” on USB recorder
    2. Hit “stop recording”
  3. Turn off Aviom Hub
  4. Let 2-3 songs play, then turn the sound off
    1. Turn off the bottom 2 Amps first
    2. LEAVE THE DBX AND THE POWER CONDITIONER ON
    3. Turn off the mixer
    4. Hit Setup > push knob for shutdown
    5. Then hit switch on back
    6. Turn the Power Conditioner off under the soundboard
