In short, we’re making a small tweak where the mobile cam operator will also take care of the sermon TV on Sundays. Most of the role stays exactly the same, this just helps things run smoother since mobile cam has a little extra time during that transition. In charge of tv

What’s staying the same

• The mobile camera role during worship works the same as before.
• You’ll still spend rehearsal time practicing shots and getting ready for the service.
• The sermon TV setup itself hasn’t changed.
• The band will still roll the TV back off the stage after the sermon.

What’s a little different now

• The mobile cam operator will quickly check the sermon TV battery and turn the TV on during rehearsal.
• You’ll notice that mobile cam also rolls the TV onto the stage during the sermon bumper video.
• The TV stand has tape markers on the stage, so you can simply line the feet up with the tape when placing it.
• When rolling it out, it’s easier to grab the pole on the back of the stand instead of the TV itself so it doesn’t shift side-to-side.
